Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and our technicians have reserved this time just for you. Please make reservations in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 508.759.7689. A Credit Card or Gift Certificate number is required to book any spa reservations, so please have your information ready when calling in order for us to help you most efficiently. If in the event you do not wish to leave a credit card we can not book any reservation for you, you may come to the spa and prepay and place money on your Tre Soleil Day Spa account.
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please notify us no less than 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% for your scheduled treatments/appointments. When charged 50% of your service we allow you 7 days to reschedule that appointment and your 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your next visit that was made with in 7 days. ALL NO SHOWS will be charged in full. Full charged fee’s are non refundable and will not be applied to a rescheduled appointment. To all clients who book an appointment the day of, you are still responsible for a late fee if in fact you decide to cancel on the same day. Gift Certificates are non refundable and valid for services and products only. You can not leave gratuity with remaining balance on Gift Certificate. If you reserve your appointment by Gift Certificate failure to show up for scheduled appointments/treatments will render gift certificate null and Void. Cancellation of scheduled appointment with less that the 24 hour notice will result in loss of 50% of the service value of the certificate. Please be sure to have your gift certificate with you when checking in. Please DO NOT forget your gift certificate or lose your gift certificate. Tre Soleil Day Spa is NOT responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates and you will be responsible for a different method of payment.
Facility Complimentary fresh fruit, herbal tea, coffee, water and light snacks will be served throughout the day. Specialty lunch will be served with all packages upon request for an additional charge.
Please arrive on time for your appointment In order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive on time as we will be unable to extend your service time. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes, after which, we may give it away. You are still obligated to pay for the original service and time scheduled. First time clients, please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Tre Soleil Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or use of language. We ask that you keep your conversation volume low and refrain from the use of cell phone/pagers while at Tre Soleil Day Spa so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience. Although we love children, please do not bring them with you unless they are receiving treatments at the spa and are accompanied by and adult at the treatments. We are not responsible for lost items.
Gratuity In appreciation to our staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. For your convenience gratuity envelopes are located at the front reception desk. The industry average ranges from 15-20% of the service fees. We DO NOT accept gratuity on credit cards or checks. Thank you!
When receiving any services at Tre Soleil Day Spa we have the right to allow you 7 business days to come back to us if you are unsatisfied with your service. Any service complaints after 7 days are null and void and you as the client will be responsible for payment of redo. Tre Soleil Day Spa does not refund any money on any services. Any service provided to a minor must have parental consent, if parent is not present service will be agreed upon between the minor and the technician. All products being returned must have an original receipt for credit towards another product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return the product within two weeks (14 days) of purchase. Unopened product may be exchanged within thirty days of purchase. Credit for returned product are applied to your account for future product purchase only.
Defective styling tools must be exchanged within thirty days of purchase. After this time, please refer to the manufacturers warranty.
